Vineyard Supervisor / Leading Hand
Riverace Viticulture is the largest vineyard management and contract services business in Western Australia. We manage in excess of 20 vineyard estates across all the sub-regions of Margaret River, as well as providing specialised services and harvesting to a further 100 properties.
The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated and viticulturally strong individual to join Riverace as a Vineyard Supervisor/Leading Hand.
- Experience in supervising labour teams/seasonal workers is highly regarded.
- Strong communication & problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- A willingness to operate all machinery in the vineyard once fully trained, including pre-starts, daily maintenance, OHS procedures and post operation reports.
- Adaptable, being able to work within and understand the demands of the seasons and the requirements within each.
