Key Responsibilities
- Picking and preparing plant stock for the garden centre
- Maintaining presentation and organisation of plant stock
- Replenishing and rotating stock as required
- Assisting with the general care of the plants
- Supporting day-to-day nursery operations
- Maintaining clean and safe work areas
- Contributing to an enthusiastic team
About You
- Clear communicator with a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Current driver’s licence
- Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
- Nursery or horticulture experience (preferred but not essential)
