Stone Will Landscaping is a family-owned business with more than 25 years of industry experience. We’re looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to lead a small team and maintain high-quality commercial landscapes across Sydney and Greater Sydney.
About the Role
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in well-maintained landscapes and can guide a team to deliver consistent results.Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and organising a small landscape maintenance team
- Carrying out hedging, pruning, turf maintenance, planting and mulching
- Identifying plants, weeds, pests and diseases
- Maintaining high standards of presentation across commercial sites
- Completing site reports using computer or tablet systems
- Communicating site progress and issues to the Maintenance Manager
- Following WHS procedures and promoting safe work practices
About You
You’ll bring:
- Strong experience in horticulture and garden maintenance
- Good plant knowledge and practical landscape maintenance skills
- The ability to lead, motivate and support a small team
- An eye for detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Strong organisation, time management and communication skills
- A current Australian driver licence
- A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to apply
Qualifications
A Certificate III in Parks and Gardens, Horticulture or Turf Management is preferred. However, applicants with strong practical industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
