Woodfield Horticulture is a well-established Gold Coast company specialising in resort-style and commercial landscape maintenance projects with a reputation for delivering exceptional service across all aspects of garden maintenance for more than 30 years.
The Roles
- We are seeking to fill both a full-time and a casual position (flexibility of up to 3-4 days per week).
- You must have experience across all aspects of landscape maintenance, and formal qualifications would be highly regarded.
- We offer a supportive team environment, ongoing development, and future career progression opportunities for the right candidate/s.
- The casual position would be ideal for someone semi-retired with previous experience looking to stay active and involved.
Attributes & Requirements
- Ability to work effectively within small team environments and consistently deliver work to a high standard
- Fit, healthy, and motivated to perform all aspects of landscape maintenance
- Be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Sound awareness of WHS/OHS requirements
- Current driver’s licence
- Police check required upon offer
- Minimum Cert III in Horticulture preferred
- Available Monday to Friday with flexibility for early starts
- Pay rate dependent on qualifications and experience
- Immediate start available for the right candidate/s
