What You’ll Do
- Work with a small crew of 4–6 horticulturalists/landscapers and assistants
- Deliver premium softscape projects – planting, turfing, mulching and detailing
- Maintain established gardens designed and installed by our team
- Work directly with clients and designers to bring gardens to life
- Keep every site neat, safe and professional
- Support our foreman and team
What You’ll Bring
- Passion for the gardens and a strong work ethic
- Strong knowledge of plants, soil and garden maintenance
- Proven experience in soft-scape landscaping
- Current driver’s licence
