Horticulturist / Team Leader
Not all gardening companies are the same.
At Leaf by Leaf, we believe horticulture is a craft — not just mowing lawns and rushing through properties. We work on some of Melbourne’s most beautiful residential gardens, focusing on quality workmanship, strong horticultural knowledge, and genuine attention to detail.
We’re proud of the standard we deliver, but just as importantly, we’ve built a team culture where people actually enjoy coming to work. Whether it’s talking sport while working through the day, sharing stories about the weekend, or enjoying the occasional team beers after work, we value creating a workplace that feels supportive, relaxed and enjoyable — while still maintaining a professional standard.
