Horticulturalist / Garden Maintenance Team leader
The Botanical Group Landscape Construction & Maintenance is now hiring. Motivated & enthusiastic, skilled Horticulturalist / Maintenance Team leader for immediate start. Must be self driven, hardworking with a MINIMUM of 3 years working in the landscape industry.
Please no time wasters – experience in high-end domestic horticultural care essential with a passion for higher echelon projects.
Essential Requirements
- Irrigation & Horticultural experience essential. Including Pest Control / Disease knowledge & treatment
- Experience in irrigation system installation and repairs is required
- Leadership experience required
- Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience is required
- Successful candidates will be positively driven & can instruct & lead small crews on a daily basis
- Full time position Only available.
- Australian citizens and permanent residents only
- White card – Induction card as a minimum
- Current car licence is essential for this position
- Mostly working on high end domestic landscaping and multi residential projects
- Be physically fit for the position with great work ethics.
- Candidates will hold the client in the highest regard with an impecable attention to detail & work ethic to complete all works to the highest standard
