We’re looking for someone who is reliable, mature, and hands-on for the role as a Maintenance Gardener to join our professional and friendly team. The Role
You will be responsible in maintaining high-end residential and commercial gardens to the highest standards. Your day-to-day will include:
- Garden maintenance (mowing, hedging, pruning, weeding, etc.) solely in the Noosa area
- Contributing to a positive small team
- Occasional client communication
- Ensuring safe and efficient work practices
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in garden maintenance (minimum 3 years)
- Leadership and communication skills
- High level of reliability and maturity
- Manual driver’s licence (essential)
- Great attitude and pride in your work
- Certificates in Horticulture are highly regarded
- Australian permanent residency status required
