Farm Hand
Imatech Tree Nursery specialises in supplying high quality nut trees to small and large scale orchardists. We offer growers a range of trees in commercial quantities. Alongside our nursery we have an ongoing expansion of our commercial size walnut orchard to supply quality grown nuts to the Australian market.
We are currently looking for an experienced farm hand for work in our Shepparton facility.
To be considered for this position you must have the following:
- Previous experience in farm/orchard/nursery maintenance.
- Ability to work to time constraints without a reduction in quality of work.
- Ability to work required hours, some weekend and seasonal varied hours will be required.
- Ability to complete general labour tasks such as lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, etc.
- Ability to work outside in variable weather conditions.
- Adhere to strict safety standards & procedures.
- Display a positive and enthusiastic work ethic, be a proactive team member who is willing to pitch in and get the job done.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing.
- Ability to pass a National Police check.
- Must have current driver’s license
You will need to be a strong team player and work with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is reliable and punctual with a high mechanical aptitude.
