Dispatch Officer
Working as a member of our dispatch team, you will ensure plants are picked, detailed and packed ready for shipping to our customers. You require strong attention to detail, great teamwork and the ability to meet daily targets. Hours are 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick plants for customer orders accurately
- Use small tractors and trailers to collect plants (training provided)
- Load and unload trailers and transport stillages efficiently
- Prepare dispatch documentation
- Make transport bookings
About You
- Great attention to detail and organisation skills
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to lift and carry trays of plants
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Computer literate
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
- Previous nursery or dispatch experience
