Cultivation Team Member
Green Farmers is one of Australia’s largest medicinal cannabis cultivators.
We are growing fast and supply medicinal cannabis to Australian brands and patients as a B2B partner. It’s a highly regulated industry, and we’re after team members who take that seriously and enjoy being part of something that’s making a real difference to patients.
The Role
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on production assistant to help across all aspects of our greenhouse grow. It’s a varied role, no 2 days are quite the same, the tasks include taking clones, defoliation, scouting, sprays, dispatch, and keeping the facility clean and running well.
This is a casual 3 day a week role, with some weekend coverage. There’s genuine room to grow, for the right person.
You don’t need a background in horticulture or cannabis, we’ll teach you everything on the job. Relevant experience is a bonus and will be viewed favourably, but what matters most is attitude and realiability.

The role is based in our glasshouse, where temperatures can run over 30 degrees. It’s physical work, expect lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25kgs. All candidates must pass a Police Check before starting, which Green Farmers will pay for.
Pay is in line with the Horticulture Award, with your exact rate set accordingly to your classification and experience.
