No two days are the same. We work across residential and private properties, tackling everything from fine pruning to complex removals.
This year our team has also worked at Government House, culturally significant sites, and both private and public schools—providing a diverse range of interesting projects.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Climbing Arborist / Crew Leader to join the team.
You’ll be working outdoors alongside a supportive crew made up of experienced arborists and up-and-coming team members who value safety, teamwork and a good sense of humour.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and enjoys being part of a team where everyone contributes.
What We’re Looking For
Ideally you’ll have:
- Certificate III in Arboriculture (or equivalent qualification)
- A minimum of 5 years’ industry experience
- Strong climbing skills with the ability to carry out removals safely and efficiently
- High-quality pruning techniques with a sound understanding of tree health and Australian pruning standards
- Sound knowledge of knots and different rigging techniques
- A current unrestricted manual driver’s licence
- A positive attitude and willingness to support the team
The following are highly regarded but not essential:
- Medium Rigid (MR) licence
- EWP ticket
- Chainsaw competency
- Mini Loader competency
- Chipper competency
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who:
- Leaves their ego at the roller door
- Works well as part of a team
- Communicates well and supports their crew
- Values safety, professionalism and quality workmanship
- Builds genuine mateship through teamwork and collaboration
