About the role
TreeServe is seeking an experienced Arborist / Working Supervisor to join our dynamic Victorian team. As a fulltime Arborist / Working Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in identifying, planning and delivering safe, high‑quality pruning of council street trees around overhead electricity networks. The position provides an excellent pathway to develop leadership and contract‑management skills while remaining actively involved in field operations.
What we’re looking for
- Formal qualifications in Arboriculture (Certificate III or V in Arboriculture)
- Strong work ethic and proactive approach
- Proficient in the use of specialised equipment and a commitment to safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A valid driver’s licence (MR desirable)
