ESI Arborists / Tree Workers – Full Time

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join a growing team delivering vegetation management and arboricultural services across Melbourne.
This is a full-time, hands-on role suited to people who enjoy outdoor work, take pride in what they do, and want to be part of a professional crew working across a variety of sites.
About the Role
You’ll be involved in a broad range of arboricultural activities, including:
- EWP operation (including powerline vegetation work)
- Tree pruning, removals, and general maintenance
- Chipper and equipment operation
- Climbing (where qualified)
- Truck driving and site setup
- Ground-based crew support
- Pre-starts, safety observation, and daily risk assessments
- Reactive and planned works across council, commercial and utility contracts
Work locations vary daily and may include residential streets, parks, roadside environments, and large commercial sites.

Qualifications & Tickets
Highly regarded (not all essential):
- Certificate II in ESI – Powerline Vegetation Control
- Certificate III in Arboriculture
- EWP High Risk Work Licence (over 11m)
- MR/HR Truck Licence
- White Card
- First Aid
