Apprentice Landscaper
Do you love working outdoors and want to build a long-term career in landscaping?
We’re looking for Apprentice Landscapers to join the Green Care Project construction team, working on high-end residential projects across Brisbane.

Green Care Project is a Brisbane-based landscape design, construction and horticulture company. For over a decade, we’ve delivered thoughtful, high-quality landscapes that connect people back to nature and support thriving, functional ecosystems.
You’ll be joining a supportive, highly skilled team who value craftsmanship, learning and working with nature.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a genuine interest in landscaping and a willingness to learn
- Enjoys hands-on work and being outdoors
- Works well in a team, takes direction and contributes positively to company culture
- Approaches tasks with care, organisation and pride in quality
- Communicates clearly and respectfully
- Has a current driver’s licence and car.
- Is currently enrolled in Certificate III in Landscape Construction or similar.
What you can expect your days to look like:
You’ll work alongside experienced landscapers to construct high-end residential landscape, learning and developing all landscaping skills, including:
- Paving and concreting
- Irrigation
- Retaining walls and edging
- Timber works
- Turfing and planting
- Subgrade preparation
- Use of machinery and power tools
- Reading plans and understanding site set-out and planning
